Job Description:

Job Summary
This position oversees the processing of outbound parcels at the company's package center facilities. He/She conducts pre-operation checks, manages sorting, loading and dispatch operations, and performs post-operation functions. He/She supervises Part-Time Supervisors, Administrative staff, and Hourly employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes and ensures outbound packages are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 3 years On Road experience

Job Grade: 20F

Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required

Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am to 7 pm. Occasional Saturdays.

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,480.00/year to $154,830.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
