Purpose of Role

The RGM Trade Efficiency Manager is a highly important role within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, reporting directly to the RGM Omnichannel Sr. Mgr. This position is responsible for fully managing optimization of trade spend for the enterprise. The primary focus is on delivering against trade terms optimization and ROI enhancements within working and non-working trade. The RGM Trade Manager will ensure that once approved, the cost and volume associated with the trade opportunities are accurately input into the enterprise forecast.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Assess existing trade agreements to identify areas for cost savings and increased efficiency, ensuring optimal use of trade terms across all channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the return on investment for both working and non-working trade, maximizing profitability.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align trade activities with overall business objectives and drive coordinated efforts.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly monitor trade performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of trade-related presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely trade-related data collection and reporting
  • Use technical skills with appropriate analysis applications to provide optimum level of support the field team (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of working experience and/or internship experience in a related field
  • Four-year college degree
  • Experience demonstrating advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a cross-functional team environment
