The Omnichannel Activation Lead, Americas Consumer and Provider plays a strategic role in shaping how Resmed connects with Consumer and Provider audiences across the Americas. This leader helps turn business priorities into clear marketing objectives and then shapes the omnichannel activation strategies needed to bring them to life. The role adds clarity to channel and campaign goals, uses analytics to guide decisions, and fosters a test-and-learn approach that supports continuous improvement over time.

This role requires a strong, thoughtful leader who can work effectively across a broad set of teams, stakeholders, and perspectives. You know how to bring people together around a shared vision, navigate complexity with confidence, and influence decisions in a way that builds alignment and momentum. You are able to balance strategic thinking with practical judgment, helping teams stay focused on what matters most and where marketing can have the greatest impact.

At the heart of this role is the opportunity to help Resmed create more connected and meaningful experiences for customers across the Americas. By keeping the patient and customer journey at the center, this role helps shape marketing strategies that respond to the moments that matter most and support people with the information, confidence, and guidance they need along the way.

Let's talk about responsibilities

  • Lead, in partnership with Americas marketing teams, the development of omnichannel marketing strategies that support Consumer and Provider business goals across the region.
  • Help shape integrated marketing approaches across campaigns, journeys, and experiences, ensuring they are aligned to audience needs, business priorities, and growth opportunities.
  • Bring a strong understanding of the patient and customer journey, helping teams identify the moments that matter most and translate those insights into more relevant and effective engagement strategies.
  • Use data, performance insights, and market understanding to guide decision-making, identify opportunities, and strengthen marketing strategy over time.
  • Turn complex performance trends, customer insights, and business context into clear stories that help stakeholders understand what is happening, why it matters, and where to go next.
  • Bring clarity to complex work by helping teams simplify decisions, align on priorities, and stay focused on the actions that will have the greatest impact.
  • Partner with Channel Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to guide strategic direction across channels and ensure marketing efforts work together in a connected and meaningful way.
  • Influence across a complex stakeholder environment, building strong relationships, aligning diverse perspectives, and helping teams move forward with clarity and focus.
  • Coach and support marketers and partners in building stronger omnichannel capabilities and a more connected, customer-centered approach to engagement.
  • Ensure marketing strategies uphold brand standards and reflect regulatory and healthcare marketing requirements across the Americas region.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in roles that require strategic thinking, influence, collaboration, and execution.
  • Experience developing omnichannel strategies across multiple channels, platforms, and audience journeys.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership, ideally within healthcare or medical devices.
  • Experience supporting both healthcare provider and consumer marketing and understanding how to create connected experiences across those audiences.
  • Prior agency-side, consulting, or in-house agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Interest in emerging healthcare technologies, digital marketing trends, and evolving customer engagement practices.
  • Data literacy, with the ability to interpret performance results, identify meaningful patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead across a complex stakeholder landscape and bring together teams with different priorities, perspectives, and working styles.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust, shape direction, and support team and capability growth.
