As a Senior Product Associate in Omnichannel Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
The OMNI Certification Specialist supports certification and compliance activities by coordinating certification requests, validating documentation, maintaining records, and tracking renewal timelines. This role works with internal stakeholders and external certifying bodies to help ensure certifications are obtained, maintained, and accurately reported.

 
Job responsibilities
 
  • Coordinate new certification and recertification requests from intake through completion. 
  • Review applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
  • Track certification status, expirations, renewals, and continuing education (if applicable) in internal systems. 
  • Maintain organized audit-ready records, including approvals, evidence, and correspondence. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for certification-related questions and issue resolution. 
  • Prepare periodic reporting on certification inventory, renewals due, and exceptions/risks. 
  • Support internal/external audits by retrieving evidence and explaining certification workflows. 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities (templates, checklists, automation, controls) to reduce cycle time and errors.  
     
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, credentialing/certification administration, operations, or an analyst role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
  • Experience usingLLMs, automation, and AI-driven implementationsto streamline certification workflows (e.g., evidence collection, status tracking, documentation validation, and reporting).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with certification bodies, accreditation programs, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with audit practices, documentation standards, and basic risk/control concepts.
