KeyResponsibilities Providestrong leadership and direction to plant operations, including production,maintenance, quality, and safety Drivea culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensureplant performance meets or exceeds targets for efficiency, cost, quality, anddelivery Develop,coach, and engage supervisors and frontline leaders Implementand sustain standard operating procedures and best practices learned duringinitial training period Partnerwith corporate and cross-functional teams to align plant objectives withbusiness goals Manageplant budgets, staffing plans, and capital projects as needed Ensurecompliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards Extensivetravel will be required during the first year to support the successful launchof the new location. Completehands-on training at the Virginia facility Learncompany systems, production processes, and performance expectations Buildstrong relationships with leadership and operations teams Preparefor smooth transition to full plant leadership role in Oklahoma City Qualifications Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (orequivalent experience) 8years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience; Plant Manager experiencestrongly preferred Provensuccess leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strongworking knowledge of safety programs, lean manufacturing, and continuousimprovement Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
