Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year
DescriptionYou Are:Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance and vendor management, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.
Your Location:- In-Person (Not Remote)

Your Schedule:- Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Your Manager:Your Contribution to AV Express:- Bookkeeping: AR/AP, cash flow, billing & invoicing, credit card reconciliation
- Point of Contact: internal and external communications
- Admin: mail distribution, document scanning, maintain organized electronic filing system
Your Background/Skills:- +5yrs: office management or business operations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and time-tracking software
- Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
