Office Manager (w/ Bookkeeping)

Department: Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Houston, TX (AV Express)

Reporting To: Susan, Dir of Finance

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year

Description

You Are:
Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance and vendor management, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.

Your Location:
  • In-Person (Not Remote)
  • 3918 Dunvale Rd, Houston, TX 77063

Your Schedule:
  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Your Manager:
  • Susan, Dir of Financing


Your Contribution to AV Express:
  • Bookkeeping: AR/AP, cash flow, billing & invoicing, credit card reconciliation
  • Point of Contact: internal and external communications
  • Admin: mail distribution, document scanning, maintain organized electronic filing system


Your Background/Skills:
  • +5yrs: office management or business operations
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and time-tracking software
  • Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred


AV Express' Contribution to You:

Salary:
  • $75k-$95k/yr
