Description

SAIC is seeking an Office Manager with a background in government personnel administration on the Horizon Program to support the U. S. Space Force's Program Executive office for Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power, Space Warfighting Acquisition Delta, in El Segundo, California.

Fun stuff you will do on the job:
- Provide office management support to the division front office.
- Support various personnel management actions.
- Ensure leadership schedules and workflow actions are organized and de-conflicted.
- Work with the Government organizations to develop appropriate work flows and communication chains to enable an efficient working environment.

Qualifications

This is you:
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience (or 4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree).
- Experience working for senior military officials, as well as Civilian personnel.
- Government office and administrative management experience.
- In-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), and adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).
- Willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs as well as consent to a Polygraph examination.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
