About the Opportunity A highly respected behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced
Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure a polished, efficient office environment. Responsibilities - Supervise, mentor, train, and support a team of 2-5 front office administrative staff.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workload distribution, and performance management.
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, phone support, scheduling, and medical records.
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, medication distribution, and specimen collection as needed.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, office cleanliness, and repairs.
- Manage office inventory, furniture, supplies, and company assets.
- Oversee operational purchasing using the company credit card while maintaining the monthly office budget.
- Maintain confidential patient information and ensure HIPAA and organizational compliance.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and providers to support efficient daily operations.
Qualifications - 3-5 years of medical or behavioral health office experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Previous experience supervising front office or administrative staff.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Psychology, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and general office technology.
- Experience managing vendors, office operations, and facility logistics is highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience - Behavioral health, healthcare, or medical practice experience.
- Experience supporting physicians or executive leadership.
- Background in hospitality or premium customer service environments is a plus.
