The Philadelphia Office in Blue Bell, PA is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the law office to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Management of all administrative staff include office schedules, performance, and productivity
- Supervising administrative staff and coordinating workflow to support attorneys and legal personnel.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic operation and client files, human resource files and information in compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Maintaining a professional office environment.
- Supervising the incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and legal document deliveries for the office.
- Managing vendor relationships, and oversight of security and facility maintenance.
- Processing invoices, tracking office expenses, and assisting with billing and administrative reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with office policies, legal procedures, and record retention requirements.
- Coordinating office events, training, and onboarding for new employees.
- Supervision and Management of phone services, vendor relationships, operations teams to include day to day workflow of reception, hybrid office coordination, production center, office supplies, copiers, and other administrative positions.
- Assisting attorneys and staff with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of management experience; legal office management experience strongly preferred.
- Must be proficient with basic office technology, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually and represents C&W's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
