Responsibilities• Recruit experienced and growth-minded real estate professionals
• Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline
• Conduct career consultations with prospective agents
• Coach agents to increase productivity and business growth
• Lead weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives
• Develop future leaders within the Market Center
• Strengthen office culture and agent engagement
• Monitor productivity, recruiting, and profitability metrics
• Represent Keller Williams Temecula Valley within the local real estate community
Qualifications• Active California real estate license
• Proven success in real estate sales, leadership, or recruiting
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others
• Strong recruiting and business development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Relationship-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Professional, accountable, and growth-minded
• Proficient with CRM systems and business technology
• Bachelor's degree preferred, leadership experience considered in lieu of formal education
