JOB SUMMARY
Looking for Office 365 (O365) Program Manager 10+ Yrs of experience for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) spearheads the technical integration of acquired companies into the parent organization's Microsoft ecosystem. This includes unifying tenant directories, migrating email and collaboration workloads, and ensuring a seamless transition for all newly onboarded employees.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) Migrations: Lead end-to-end T2T migrations for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Coordinate the integration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) to maintain secure, uninterrupted access.
Change Management & Adoption: Build and execute change management plans, training newly acquired staff on the parent company's O365 policies and tools.
Playbook Development: Create, update, and standardize O365 M&A integration playbooks to scale with company growth and minimize business disruption.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Align cross-functional groups-including cybersecurity, HR, legal, and IT-to ensure data governance, security, and compliance during M&A events.

Mandatory Industry experience required: Life sciences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 8-10+ years in Enterprise IT Program Management, with a heavy emphasis on M&A or large-scale technical migrations.
Deep O365/M365 Knowledge: 5+ years of comprehensive understanding of Microsoft ecosystem architectures, governance, and enterprise licensing.
Soft Skills: 5+ years of exceptional executive communication, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution capabilities across globally distributed teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Certifications
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Microsoft Certified credentials are highly desired
