Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an Offer Management Lead. The Incumbent is responsible for all bid preparation and quoting activity for the Grid Technologies Sales North American - Transformer organization. Tasks include overseeing a team that reviews customer specifications and requirements, aligns with all key stakeholders for proposal development, validates cost model and aligns closely with the Sales and Business Development organization.

In this high visibility role, you will be interfacing with the global factory network, local stakeholders, suppliers and the GT Sales Project Management team. You will also be supporting the implementation of business processes as we navigate growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across time zones to create winning proposals and ensure strong project execution, while incorporating lessons learned from previous SE projects to enhance logistics, safety, and quality outcomes.
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams in support of the Sales strategy by building robust processes, integrating feedback from operations and market insights, and aligning proposal development with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales teams to drive business success and support their journey through the energy transition.
  • Coordinate with global offer manager peers to ensure accurate and consistent support in offer preparation and submission, while aligning team efforts across regions.
  • Work closely with order manager peers and supply chain partners to ensure reliable and efficient execution, coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to meet project goals.
  • Proactively manage risks and business operations by identifying and mitigating potential issues, developing operations in a systematic and controlled manner, and fostering strong collaboration among order, engineering, finance, and other interfacing teams.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Business preferred
  • Experience in designing and optimizing global value chains, as well standardizing service portfolios in the transmission service industry
  • 3 or more years of experience in leading operational teams, as well as coordinating international networks of customers, partners and suppliers
  • Experience in managing technical offers and proposals is required.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 and SAP and Salesforce
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with power transformers, German and/or Spanish communication skills a plus
