In this role, you will: - Lead organizational design efforts supporting ServiceNow-enabled process transformation.
- Assess current-state operating models, team structures, governance, and service delivery processes.
- Design future-state organizational structures, interaction models, RACI frameworks, and role definitions.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align organizational changes with business objectives and target operating models.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and develop strategies to accelerate adoption.
- Lead change management deliverables including communications, engagement plans, readiness assessments, and leadership alignment activities.
- Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to define service management processes, decision rights, and organizational accountability.
- Work closely with ServiceNow product owners, process owners, HR, and PMO teams to ensure organizational changes are embedded into the solution design.
- Establish and track adoption metrics, organizational effectiveness measures, and business readiness KPIs.
- Create executive-level presentations and recommendations for steering committees and leadership teams.
Who You Are: - 10+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Change Management, Business Transformation, or Operating Model Design.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow transformations, ITSM, IT Operations, or Enterprise Service Management initiatives.
- Strong expertise in organization design methodologies, workforce transition planning, and operating model development.
- Experience defining future-state roles, capabilities, governance structures, and service delivery models.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive consensus across complex stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading change initiatives in highly matrixed, global organizations.
