Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support an SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation for a large federal client. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and measure change management activities across multiple agencies, including impact assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with training teams. The ideal candidate brings strong OCM expertise, experience supporting complex programs, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Supporting OCM activities for a large SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Developing and executing change management plans to support user adoption
• Conducting change impact and readiness assessments
• Creating communications and stakeholder engagement materials
• Integrating OCM activities into project plans and identifying risks
• Tracking and reporting on OCM success metrics
• Supporting training and help desk readiness activities
• Maintaining Jira tickets for OCM workstream alignment
• Assisting with ADKAR-based assessments and data analysis
• Coordinating with teams on people-related impacts of data migration
• Documenting OCM implications from Change Control Board decisions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• U.S. citizenship (contract requirement), CGI background check, and ability to obtain DHS EOD/Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field
• At least 5 years of change management experience
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience supporting Agile teams and ERP/SAP OCM initiatives
• Ability to assess change impacts, manage resistance, and communicate findings clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Jira or similar tools

• PROSCI certification

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $194,000.00.
