About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Award Care at Beneva, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential by promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will enable you to design and implement personalized therapy programs, conduct assessments, and provide individualized interventions to address residents' unique needs and goals. Your dedication to exceptional patient care will be supported by our state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative team environment.

Pay starts at $44/hr for FT and increases based on experience level.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement personalized occupational therapy programs for residents, taking into account their unique needs, abilities, and goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and provide individualized interventions to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being
