Pay starts at $44/hr for FT and increases based on experience level.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement personalized occupational therapy programs for residents, taking into account their unique needs, abilities, and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Develop and provide individualized interventions to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to resident care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress
- Participate in resident care plan development and implementation
- Maintain a safe and efficient therapy environment, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
Ideal Candidate:- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development
