TheraPeds Partners is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support an elementary school in Claremont, New Hampshire during the . This full-time, on-site opportunity is based at one school location, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships with students, staff, and families while helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in the classroom.

Job Details

  • Full-time school-based opportunity with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule
  • 2026-2027 academic year (August 2026 through May 2027)
  • Fully on-site, in-person assignment at one elementary school campus
  • Support students in PreK through 5th grade
  • Provide direct student services, complete evaluations and assessments, collaborate with school staff, and participate in educational planning
  • Guaranteed paid hours include direct services, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
  • Consistent assignment in a single school building, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with students and staff
  • Manageable caseloads designed to support high-quality student services
  • Collaborative school environment with ongoing support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
  • $50-$60+ per hour, based on experience, with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $1,875-$2,250+

  • Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and sensory-motor assessment and intervention
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfort using technology for documentation and communication
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and required background screening
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Physical Requirements

School-based occupational therapists should be able to actively participate in a variety of educational settings. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, crawl, lift, reach, and physically engage with students during therapy sessions and classroom activities while meeting district safety expectations.
