Provides services to inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and long term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with medical center standards and guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapists Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy or
- Master's Degree - Occupational Therapy or,
- Ph.D. - Occupational Therapy.
- Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire or,
- Alaska Occupational Therapist Limited Permit License upon hire or,
- Alaska Occupational Therapist Temporary License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications: - 2 years - Experience in subspecialty.
