Responsibilities

  • Execute individual treatment plans tailored for each patient

  • Measure clinical signs and treatment effectiveness regularly
  • Complete documentation using the company's electronic record system punctually

  • Achieve minimum utilization goal of 85% per month and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary peers to enhance client care
  • Provide services both in-person and via telehealth as appropriate

Full Job Description
Position: RemoteOccupational Therapist

Pay Range: $85,000 -100,000 (Depending on experience)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Execute individual treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough evaluation including conducting standardized assessments for pediatric and adult patients.
  • Supervise one (1) to two (2) Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with current CA Board standards
  • Regularly measure clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, projected discharge dates.
  • Complete all necessary documentation using the Company's electronic record system within the expected timeframe.
  • Educate and train families about various OT techniques and strategies.
  • Meet minimum utilization goal of no less than 85% each month/ other business objectives as required.
  • Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Ensemble Therapy for clients who are seen for multiple services
  • Must be willing to complete Occupational Therapy treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
  • Must have a strong/ability desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc)
  • Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
  • Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven

Licensing/Credential and/or Education Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited school or program.
  • Current Occupational Therapy License from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
  • Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical

abilities include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering,

talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of

vision.

Pay Range: $85,000 -100,000 (Depending on experience)
