Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program
Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility
2-3 years of clinical experience with hand therapy patients preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Capacity to manage a patient caseload of 11-12 per day

Occupational Therapist • Full-Time Position • Wakefield Location
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment and home programs
Provide specialized hand and upper extremity therapy
Document patient evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries
Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and therapy leadership
Manage patient scheduling, charging, and appropriate delegation to support staff
Participate in continuing education and staff development
Qualifications:
Graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy accredited by American Occupational Therapists Association or a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
