Job DescriptionThe Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university., Or
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
- Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:- 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Epic EMR experience.
