Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You'll split time between our Bay Shore & Amityville clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. We're looking for someone to treat both
pelvic health and
general outpatient OT patients. Pelvic certification preferred, but we'll train the right OT with a passion for pelvic therapy.
What You'll Do:- Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
- Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
- Fabricate custom splints as needed
- Document evaluations and treatment progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Sensory integration experience a plus
- Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
- Pelvic health certification OR willingness to complete Level 1 course
