Full Occupational Therapist Job Description:

Our outpatient OTs treat a fascinating mix of conditions -from hand and upper extremity injuries to neurological rehabilitation,pediatric developmental delays, and return-to-work programs. TheraDynamicsoutpatient clinics are equipped with modern tools and staffed by therapists whocollaborate, share knowledge, and push each other to deliver the best possibleoutcomes. If you are an OT who thrives on variety and wants to practice at thetop of your license, this is your clinic.

What You Will Do

You will evaluate and treat outpatient clients across adiverse caseload including upper extremity rehabilitation, hand therapy,neurological conditions, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations.You will design creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricate customsplints when needed, and educate patients and families on home programs andadaptive strategies. You will have dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.
