Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | 160 NE Conifer Blvd, Corvallis, OR 97330

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN/On-Call shifts available
  • Starting at $55/hr+ DOE per hour depending on licensure and experience

Skills & Abilities

  • Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
  • Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
  • Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
  • Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
