Position SummaryProvide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Net Health knowledge preferred
