Salary range: $75,920.00 - $103,105.60
Compensation depends upon candidate27s years of experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Baylor Grapevine Day Neuro. This program is dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest lel of independence and successfully reintegrate into the community following acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
Our patient population frequently presents w/multi-system comorbidities that impact function. These include neuromuscular impairments impacting mobility, balance, coordination, and gait as well as reduced strength, endurance, tone, spasticity, and postural instability. Additionally, comorbidities may include swallowing disorders and cognitive-communication impairments- all of which impact ADLs, IADLs, and meaningful activities.
Patients participate in comprehensive, team-based care, receiving up to six hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
Experience with TBI, SCI, and CVA preferredStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCreative, innovative, and adaptable approach to patient care
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Typical hours between 8:00AM 6:30 PM
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Occupational Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
