School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part Time or Full Time | Poulsbo, WA | [redacted] School Year

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the [redacted] school year in Poulsbo, Washington. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time

Responsibilities:
  • Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:
  • Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
