What You Will Do
  • Provide occupational therapy services in the home based on the physician plan of care
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Focus on improving daily living skills, safety, and independence
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on techniques and care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Follow all safety and compliance standards

What You Need
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
