Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an active OT/OTA license in Kansas.
• Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for efficient task management.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively within a team.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills for effective patient and colleague interactions.
• Experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating understanding of their unique needs.
• Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their needs and capabilities.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the SNF setting.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate patient care requirements.
