Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time
LTC Therapy: Worcester
Worcester, MA
$42-$46/hour

LTC Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This is an opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, helping individuals regain independence and improve their ability to perform meaningful daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents' functional abilities, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living
  • Develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and quality of life
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe techniques
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
