You'll help residents work toward greater independence with the tasks that shape their day, using treatment that reflects each person's needs and goals.
What You'll Do- Assess residents' daily living skills and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on self-care, upper body function, and safe routines
- Introduce adaptive strategies or equipment when appropriate
- Document progress and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians
