We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Occupational Therapist (OT) position for the Full Time in SF area & Part Time in Peninsula area.We are hiring Occupational Therapists for Peninsula teams. You will be assigned to one dedicated territory - San Mateo County - so you can build familiarity with your patients and your area without being stretched across both.

Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary tied to quality metrics and clinical outcomes
- Total Earning Potential: $156,250 - $187,500 per year

Your Role- Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, and functional independence
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized plans of care based on physician orders
- Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the Director of Nursing
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using AI-supported documentation tools
Requirements- Current, active California Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience strongly preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Strong organizational skills, clinical judgment, and a compassionate communication style
