Job Title:Occupational Therapist OT
Pay Range:$60-72/hour
Job Description:Position Highlights- Location: Milton, WA
- Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- School Year: September 2, 2026 - June 17, 2027
- Setting: In-person, school-based
- Caseload: Approximately 30 students
Responsibilities- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in educational settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Support Tier 1 classroom strategies and consult with staff to promote student success
- Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and assistive technology as appropriate
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Qualifications- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license, or willingness to obtain one prior to the start of employment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Professional references are required, as the district will complete reference checks prior to hire
