Full Job Description
Position Summary: Occupational Therapist specializing in Post-Acute Inpatient Rehab:
  • Works under the direct supervision of the Rehabilitation Clinical Coordinators
  • Uses objective evaluation techniques to assess the functional limitations and medical condition of patients
  • Prescribes and implements a treatment program which is designed to return patients to their maximum level of function
  • Works collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes
  • Promotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care
  • Incorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the organization

Shift: 40 hours per week

Education:
  • Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.
  • Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required
  • AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required

Work Experience:
  • 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation required.
  • Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program

Salary Range: Minimum $37.02/hour - Maximum $61.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
