CBI Home Health is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist in Hamilton & Burlington regions

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $81.92 - $82.31 per visit

Sign on Bonus: $5,000*

What you will do

  • Assessment & Implementation: Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
  • Holistic Care: Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
  • Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.

  • Professional Standing: You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel within the community - valid driver's license and insurance required
  • Client Focused: You embrace person- and family-centered care with passion and empathy.
