Full Job Description
Ready to join? We are looking for an Occupational Therapist, Float, to join our rehabilitation team. Our OT's plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize, or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels. The position is full-time, will include traveling/floating to multiple outpatient clinics including Naperville, Oak Brook, Westchester, Chicago and Park Ridge. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to travel to all clinic sites as needed for coverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and service.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
  • Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
  • Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality with regard to medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicates well in a professional setting.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Education and/or Experience

Pay Range: $ 80,000 - $100,000 annualized.
