Now Hiring: Full-Time Occupational Therapist $40-$48/hourly rate
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing, therapist-led team. We serve patients through skilled nursing, memory care, assisted/independent living, outpatient, and home settings.
15 PTO days, 6 paid holidays, and 401(k)
Therapist-led leadership team
$200.00 towards CEU or licensure every 2 years

Requirements:
OT license in Illinois
SNF experience preferred
