Qualifications

• 5-7 years of occupational therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Net Health software is beneficial; training will be provided.
• Must demonstrate a strong patient care commitment and teamwork mindset.
• Experience working with the geriatric population is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' needs through assessments and observations.
• Develop and implement tailored occupational therapy plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote effective patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress towards therapy goals.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic practices and wellness.
