Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunity availableDaily Pay!$37-$55 an hour (all-inclusive) Responsibilities for Occupational Therapist:- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify challenges in performing activities of daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Help patients relearn or adapt skills needed for daily living, including self-care, work, school, or leisure activities.
- Recommend, train, and educate patients on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care.
Qualifications for Occupational Therapist:- A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong ability to assess, analyze, and utilize clinical data to support effective decision-making and performance improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
