About the Role
The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation, consultation, and direct and indirect therapy services to students experiencing delays in
motor and sensory skills. This role supports student access, participation, and progress in educational settings by helping students build
the functional skills needed for school success.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals to deliver services aligned with
each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and educational goals. Responsibilities also include evaluating motor and sensory needs,
recommending strategies and supports, and fostering student independence and educational success.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and organized Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
The ideal candidate holds or is eligible for an Oregon State Occupational Therapy License and has experience working in pediatric occupational therapy settings.
Strong knowledge of child development, evaluation techniques, motor and sensory skill development, and educational strategies is essential.
Effective communication, organization, and technology skills are also key to this role, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Position Title: Occupational Therapist
Placement: District Wide - Assignment location to be determined
Supervisor: Director of Teaching and Learning & Special Education
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $62,967 - $103,972 per year (depending upon previous experience and graduate level credits). Salary placement will depend on verified full-time experience and Master's-level credits.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin in August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
