About the JobPosition: Field Occupational Therapist
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive, skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and modify care to meet occupational therapy goals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish and evaluate individualized patient goals.
- Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy programs and techniques.
Qualifications:- Current California Occupational Therapy license.
- Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Graduate of a NBCOT-accredited program.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel to patient homes for evaluations.
- Flexibility with work locations and scheduling.
- Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and current auto insurance.
