  • Present in-services to improve staff capabilities.
  • Assist in the overall operation of the therapy department.
  • Supervise COTA's as needed under state regulations.

Full Job Description
Position Overview:
  • Part-time -OR- Full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity in Willmar, Minnesota
  • If full-time, the hours would be projected at 30 hours/week
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
  • Pay Range: $38 - $45/hr.
  • Leadership opportunity for those that are interested

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients
  • Complete documentation
  • Plan, market and develop new programs
  • Communicate with patients, patients• families and physicians and staff
  • Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
  • Assist in the general operation of the department
  • Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
  • Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
  • Possess or be eligible for state licensure
