Do you enjoy designing, building and maintaining Investment Banking products? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm by delivering AI driven approach?
We're looking for an Observability & AI Ops Engineer to:
• design and implement InsightFinder integration for transaction monitoring applications
• develop data pipelines to collect and normalize transaction-related telemetry
• enable AI-driven anomaly detection and predictive analytics
• collaborate heavily with Compliance and across business divisions, ensuring regulatory requirements and governance standards are upheld
• create dashboards, reporting tools, document integration processes, and provide training sessions for application teams
• support pilot programs and scale implementation; monitoring performance and optimizing deployment
Your expertise
• strong expertise in observability platforms and AIOps tools (InsightFinder preferred).
• hands-on experience with log aggregation and telemetry systems (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus).
• knowledge of transaction monitoring systems (Actimize, SIRON) and AML compliance frameworks and proficiency in data integration and pipeline development using Python or similar scripting languages.
• familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AKS, Docker Compose) and containerized environments.
• understanding of regulatory compliance and sensitive data handling practices.
• excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across DEV, CPE, and ASR teams.
