Job Description
UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a talented and dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our well-established and collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN care in a supportive environment, alongside two experienced physicians, three midwives, and three advanced practice providers.

Position Highlights
• Schedule: 4 clinic days per week, plus 0.5-1 day dedicated to surgery.
• Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation, with midwives covering most first calls during the week and shared weekend coverage.
• Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive procedures.
• Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates.

Compensation and Benefits
• Base Salary: $405K plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
• Quality Bonus: Additional earning potential for meeting quality benchmarks.
