Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our OBGYN Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will be a vital part of our patient-centered healthcare team, directly contributing to women's health within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Every day you will engage in 36 patient-facing hours per week, providing essential OBGYN services across two conveniently located clinics. Your schedule will be a flexible Monday - Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance that is further enhanced by no on-call duties.
To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider with a strong commitment to women's health. Your ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, coupled with your exceptional patient care skills, will be paramount.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
- Perform advanced practice procedures.
- Utilize the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

We are offering a guaranteed base salary of $156,735, substantial RVU incentive pay, and a quality incentive bonus, ensuring your expertise is highly valued. Job RequirementsRequired:
- 1 year of experience in an OBGYN or advance practice setting, preferred
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
- Master's Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner, from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required. Must be a graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for Colorado; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
- RN License required
- BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
