Desert West OBGYN is seeking a Full Time OB/GYN to join thier team in Fall 2027. A new physician will have an opportunity to join a thriving and established practice. This is a true quality of life positions with only 4-5 call shifts per month and only covering 1 hospital. OBGYN residents finishing their program in 2027 as well as practicing OBGYNs looking at making a change next year are all welcome!
Joining a team of 12 OBGYNs, 3 OBGYN Hospitalists and 8 Advance Practice Providers, there are lots of opportunity for scrubbing in with fellow providers and mentoring.Enjoy being a private practice physician by joining Genesis OBGYN, a physician owned and led organization serving the state of Arizona. With over 23 office locations (Tucson, Phoenix area, Prescott and Flagstaff), 1 MFM group in Tucson, 2 imaging centers and 1 women's health lab, Genesis offers patients a full-service choice for their women's health needs. Position Highlights:- Joining an established and busy OBGYN practice serving the Western Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria areas.
- True Quality of Life Opportunity - Enjoing only 4 call shifts/month.
- Practice a good mix of both Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Join Genesis OBGYN as an employee, but become a member (shareholder) in the group in just 2-3 years.
- Deliver and operate at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center with a Level III NICU, Robotic Surgical System and MFM on medical staff for consults.

Requirements:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Current Unrestricted AZ Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
- Current Unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain)
