Full Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch, implementation, and operational integration of MFM Connect programs with affiliated providers, establishing scalable workflows, clear governance, and seamless coordination across virtual and in-person care teams.
  • Build and sustain trusted partnerships with affiliated providers to identify and address barriers to timely access to MFM and high-risk pregnancy services.
  • Lead clinician and care-center adoption of virtual-care technologies and workflows through education, change management, and ongoing operational support.
  • Own program financial performance, including monitoring key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue performance through successful MFM Connect implementation.
  • Execute and support the development of a comprehensive MFM Connect growth strategy aligned with organizational priorities, provider needs, market dynamics, and maternity-care trends.
  • Design, implement, and scale MFM growth initiatives that expand access, strengthen specialist coordination, and support sustainable program performance.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure MFM Connect services are evidence-based, clinically appropriate, safe, patient-centered, and operationally effective.
  • Ensure programs meet all applicable regulatory, compliance, credentialing, privacy, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor clinical, operational, and patient-access outcomes; use performance data to implement continuous quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and advance local and digital innovation opportunities to improve high-risk pregnancy access, optimize care coordination, and increase maternity value capture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of healthcare experience, including 5+ years leading digital health, virtual care, or multi-site program operations.
  • Demonstrated experience launching, implementing, and scaling clinical programs or care models in collaboration with physician groups.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption, operational change, and sustained performance.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing program performance, and using data to improve revenue, access, utilization, and outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational, clinical, and performance updates for clinicians, executives, and care-center teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight visits to affiliated care centers.
