Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing school; MSN preferred.
• State of Florida APRN license required.
• Ongoing BLS certification is mandatory.
• Minimum five years of professional nursing experience, with two years in a supervisory role, ideally within a medical setting.
• Board Eligible or Certified in a primary care specialty required.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential for team collaboration.
• Bilingual candidates preferred for enhanced patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, facilitating patient assessments and treatments.
• Collaborate with Quality Director to implement Patient Centered Medical Home and quality initiatives.
• Work with Branch Satellite Director to develop clinical goals, policies, and procedures.
• Create guidelines for prioritizing work activities and evaluating effectiveness.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff, ensuring proper development and evaluation.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and oversee medical supply inventory.
