Full Job Description
DNI/Creative IT Solutions is providing all systems administration and engineering skill sets for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located in Oklahoma City, OK. We are currently interviewing for an O365 Cloud Administrator to support this initiative in a 24/7 shift work environment.

The shift for this role is a swing shift (4P-12A), Sun-Thurs with two telework days

This is a full time/permanent position with excellent benefits, and outstanding compensation including full medical, dental, 401K vacation and holiday pay.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the Office 365 cloud environment, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Implement and maintain security, privacy, and compliance policies for Office 365
  • Perform regular software updates and upgrades for Office 365 services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to Office 365 services
  • Manage and assign user licenses for Office 365 services
  • Provide end-user support for Office 365 applications and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Office 365 deployment and usage
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the Office 365 environment

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Office 365 administration
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Experience with cloud-based identity management, such as Azure Active Directory
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with service management tools
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy best practices in a cloud environment
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience and Education:
  • Experience in Server Administration, Systems Support, Troubleshooting Mobile Devices, Desktop Support, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT degree preferred but not required.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification is required
  • Active Secret Clearance is required
