Description RiVidium is seeking a O&E Data Analyst (KPI/Measurement) to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Supports assigned PWS task area; provides subject matter expertise, operational execution, and measurable performance reporting aligned to task objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze outreach and engagement data to measure performance against campaign and program objectives.
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI views that support decision-making.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in audience behavior, content performance, and engagement activity.
- Partner with outreach teams to turn data into practical recommendations.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid-Senior (8-12 yrs).
- Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
- Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
- Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.
Work SettingThis role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
