Full Job Description
  • Lead construction project execution for Micron's Clay, NY campus across site development, underground utilities, and vertical construction.
  • Manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety from pre-construction through commissioning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and regulatory partners to deliver production-ready facilities.
  • Drive digital-first execution using BIM, AI-enabled progress tracking, and Procore systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Micron standards, safety requirements, and project governance frameworks.

What's Encouraged Daily:

  • Manage multi-phase construction projects including planning, design coordination, execution, and commissioning.
  • Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and risk; implement mitigation plans to ensure project targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all project scopes.
  • Lead coordination meetings, maintain contractor alignment, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee permitting and approvals with relevant authorities and maintain documentation within Procore.
  • Enforce design standards, validate field conditions, and manage scope changes that impact budget and schedule.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data, automation, and digital construction tools (BIM, AI tracking).
  • Partner with internal teams and trade partners to ensure timely delivery of construction packages and milestones.


How to Qualify:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial or semiconductor-related construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms and construction documentation workflows.
  • Ability to make sound decisions with minimal oversight in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes


What Sets You Apart:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
  • Experience using Primavera P6, Procore, BIM platforms, and digital construction technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.
  • Experience managing diverse vendor, contractor, and stakeholder groups.
  • Background in facility/building management and technical systems integration.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$107,000.00 - $217,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
