- Lead construction project execution for Micron's Clay, NY campus across site development, underground utilities, and vertical construction.
- Manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and regulatory partners to deliver production-ready facilities.
- Drive digital-first execution using BIM, AI-enabled progress tracking, and Procore systems.
- Ensure adherence to Micron standards, safety requirements, and project governance frameworks.

What's Encouraged Daily:- Manage multi-phase construction projects including planning, design coordination, execution, and commissioning.
- Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and risk; implement mitigation plans to ensure project targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all project scopes.
- Lead coordination meetings, maintain contractor alignment, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee permitting and approvals with relevant authorities and maintain documentation within Procore.
- Enforce design standards, validate field conditions, and manage scope changes that impact budget and schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, automation, and digital construction tools (BIM, AI tracking).
- Partner with internal teams and trade partners to ensure timely delivery of construction packages and milestones.
How to Qualify:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial or semiconductor-related construction projects.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in project management platforms and construction documentation workflows.
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal oversight in fast-paced environments.
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes
What Sets You Apart:- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
- Experience using Primavera P6, Procore, BIM platforms, and digital construction technologies.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing diverse vendor, contractor, and stakeholder groups.
- Background in facility/building management and technical systems integration.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$107,000.00 - $217,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
